7. ORDER PROCESSING.

All orders from Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. In case of impossibility to fulfill the order due to temporary unavailability of a given product, as well as in case of delay in the shipment due to waiting for a new import, a new batch of production, or if a delay in completing the order is expected, you will be informed in a timely manner and necessarily by phone or e-mail, and if possible, you will be offered alternative items of the same quality and price. At any stage of the order processing and confirmation, you have the right to cancel the order. In the event that any change occurs regarding the content, value, conditions and delivery times of an order placed, you will be informed via telephone or e-mail and the order will not be sent unless we receive your personal consent to the changed conditions.
8. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery time is from one to four working days. Delivery by the courier company Econt is carried out from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 to 18.00) and Saturday until 13.00.
· Delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays.
· Delivery is carried out via the courier company Econt with a money order for the whole country to an Econt office or to the address desired by the user. The delivery price depends on the amount of the order, regardless of the kilogram or number of products.
- COMPLAINTS
- The consumer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the procedure established by the Consumer Protection Act and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product warranty, if any. If, upon receipt of a product, the packaging is damaged or torn, the complaint will be honored only in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the product. In the event that a client accepts such a shipment and does not file his/her claims with the courier, upon receipt and the responsibilities for the complaint are transferred to the courier who delivered the shipment and the client. In such circumstances, the conditions for complaints about shipments of the respective courier company apply.

- Your address may be used to send you news or promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive newsletters or other informational emails from us, you can always unsubscribe, and we will MANDATORY comply with your request.
