DELIVERY
The delivery time is from one to three working days, and we try to send the shipment immediately after receiving it in the system. Delivery is made by the courier company Econt, from Monday to Friday (from 9.00 to 18.00) and Saturday until 15.00. Delivery is not made on Sundays and public holidays. All our shipments have the option “review and test before payment” included. In case the consumer wants to return a product, it must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with the original box. The return is up to 14 working days from the receipt of the shipment and is at the expense of the buyer.
Shipping options:
- to an Econt office – 6.50 BGN.
- to the client's address - BGN 8
- The products are of guaranteed quality.
- Prices are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT.
- For deliveries abroad please write via the contact form to receive a price.
- Payment for goods on delivery is made at the time of receipt of the order, with the amount being paid to an Econt courier.
